System info
See and copy a report of your WordPress, server, theme, plugins and Urmi setup to share with support.
System info collects the versions and settings that matter when something does not work: WordPress, the server, your theme, active plugins and Urmi itself. Copy it into your message when you ask for help, so nobody has to ask you for these details one by one.
Show and copy the report
Open Tools
Go to Urmi → Settings → Tools and scroll to System info.
Show the report
Click Show. The report appears in the card.
Copy it
Click Copy for support, then paste the text into your support request or forum post.
Nothing is sent anywhere. The report is only shown to you, and you decide where to paste it.
What the report contains

| WordPress | Version, site and home address, multisite, language, time zone, permalink structure, debug mode, memory limit, environment type, whether scheduled tasks (cron) run, and whether an object cache is in use. |
| Server | PHP version, web server, database version, PHP memory limit, maximum execution time, upload and post size limits, maximum input variables, and the PHP extensions Urmi uses (a missing one is marked (missing)). |
| Theme | Theme name and version, whether it is a block theme, and its parent theme if it is a child theme. |
| Plugins | The active plugins with their versions, and must-use plugins. |
| Urmi | Urmi version, how many pages, posts and templates are built with it, whether the uploads folder and the CSS folder are writable, the address of Urmi's REST API, and the multilingual plugin in use. |
The report contains no passwords, keys, email addresses or content. It does contain your site's address and the list of plugins; remove anything you prefer not to share before you post it publicly.
What to look for yourself
A few lines often explain a problem straight away:
- PHP lower than 8.0: Urmi needs PHP 8.0 or newer. See Installation & requirements.
- Permalinks
plain: AI apps that sign in (the Claude app, ChatGPT) cannot find your site's sign-in details without pretty permalinks. Choose any other structure under Settings → Permalinks. - Uploads writable or CSS files writable set to No: Urmi cannot write its stylesheets. Ask your host to fix the folder permissions.
- An extension marked (missing), such as
zip(needed for site kits) orgd/imagick(image handling): ask your host to enable it. - Cron
disabled: daily clean-up tasks, such as deleting old activity log entries and submissions, only run if your host triggers them.
